Residential Window Cleaning – How To Earn A Customer’s Business
When you are working with customers, it’s good to think of them, not just as customers, but as human beings, who are in need of a service that you can provide for them. When I go to a customer’s home, I always consider them as family. I want the best for them.
What does that mean? Well, that means going above and beyond for them. When I am cleaning a customer’s windows, I am constantly looking for ways to improve their experience. I look to see if their mirrors and gutters are cleaned, if they need pressure washing, and if there are screens that need re-meshed. I do those things, sometimes free of charge, or at a discounted rate. I’ve found that most clients want to know what you do, and if they know, like, and trust you, they want to be educated on what you can do for them.
There are three simple things to remember when earning a customer’s business.
-
Treat them like family.
-Look them in the eye.
-Call them by their name.
-Tell them something that you like about their home. -
Look the part.
-Dress nicely with a company logo and clean appearance.
-Show the customer that you care, don’t just tell them. They will see right through you. -
Provide the best customer experience.
If you do these things, you will have customers that become your biggest allies and marketers. You won’t need to advertise because they will do it for you!
