My name is Janelle Davis, and I’m the General Manager of Sunshine Window Cleaning and Building Maintenance. I provided construction cleaning and window cleaning services to contractors all over the Treasure Valley for five years, but business started to slow down during the recession. After spending two years working as a life coach with the developmentally disabled, I found my home at Sunshine.
Here at Sunshine, we are focused on working together as a team and building each other up. When I started at Sunshine, I mainly worked in the field as the Operations Manager. Although I had no previous experience in an office setting, Greg Reid helped strengthen my skills by providing weekly training in the office, and he supported my efforts of obtaining a business degree.
I have now been at Sunshine for over seven years, and I successfully graduated college with a 4.0. Last year I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Lilymae, who is the love of my life, and I am forever grateful for the love and support I’ve received from this small business in Idaho. We hope to continue to help our local economy by providing jobs that pay a livable wage and by providing benefits to our team members.
Sunshine’s goal is to become Idaho’s most complete cleaning service. We want to go above and beyond for all customers and hope to gain your respect and confidence in the services we provide. Window Cleaning is my passion. As an employee-owned company, we are proud to be Idaho’s most comprehensive cleaning company. In 1993, I started cleaning windows and built the company to adjust to the needs of our industry. Since then, we have grown to offer comprehensive services for cleaning any home or business interior or exterior: window and gutter Cleaning, Ultrasonic Mobile Blind Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Home and Business Cleaning. As of 2023, We now offer Dryer Vent Cleaning and Handyman Services.
My favorite part of my business is being active in my community, where I get to meet new people and develop strong working relationships.
I attended Northwest Nazarene (NNU) and Boise State University, where I developed my interest in starting a business. I consider every day a gift and hope to leave a legacy of service to my community and family.
