Sunshine Window Cleaning began in 1993 with a simple promise to treat people with respect and deliver honest, high quality service. That philosophy still drives everything we do.
From window cleaning and gutter services to pressure washing, house cleaning, blinds, and more, we have grown into one of the most trusted names in the Treasure Valley. Our team is trained, insured, and committed to doing work we are proud of every day.
We are also deeply invested in our community. We support local nonprofits by providing cleaning services at no charge because we believe neighbors helping neighbors builds a stronger place for all of us.
Sunshine is more than a business. It is a group of people who care about clean, safe, and comfortable spaces, and about the community that welcomes us in.
Sunshine Window Cleaning is proud to be actively involved in the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), the leading organization dedicated to safety, education, and advancement in the window cleaning industry. Our founder, Greg Reid, previously served as President of the IWCA and has played a key role in supporting industry standards and safety initiatives nationwide. As a company, we continue that commitment by attending IWCA conventions each year, staying connected with the latest industry developments, and investing in ongoing education.
We regularly put our team members through IWCA training programs and certification courses to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and safety practices required for professional window cleaning, including high-rise and specialty services. This dedication to training and continuous improvement means our customers receive consistent, high-quality results backed by proven industry standards. When you choose Sunshine Window Cleaning, you’re choosing a company that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and excellence at every level.
Sunshine Window Cleaning is proud to support the International Window Cleaning Legacy Foundation (IWCLF), a nonprofit dedicated to helping window cleaners and their families in times of need. The foundation was established by our owner, Greg Reid, during his time serving as President of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). It was created to provide financial assistance and support to those affected by accidents, injuries, or unexpected hardships, reflecting a deeper commitment not just to the work we do, but to the people behind the industry.
Through the IWCLF, Greg helped build a lasting resource that brings the window cleaning community together by offering support, promoting safety awareness, and giving back when it matters most. At Sunshine Window Cleaning, we carry those same values into everything we do, believing that strong businesses are built on integrity, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to caring for others.
At Sunshine Window Cleaning, our core value is to C.L.E.A.N.! Not only do we clean windows, gutters, siding, concrete, blinds, carpets, and houses, but we also start each day with a C.L.E.A.N. attitude! Let us show you why being C.L.E.A.N. is so important!
Care about your job and the people you work with. Bring passion to your workplace and provide compassion to your peers. By doing these things, you’ll help uplift our culture by maintaining a positive attitude.
Lend a hand to your team members and the community. We are here to serve others and to work together as a team. The best way to feel better about yourself is to provide service to others.
Empower others to fulfill their dreams. We are here to build each other up and to help each other succeed. Whether this is a steppingstone to the next point in your life or the beginning of a new career, we are here to help support your growth.
Always do the right thing. Honesty and Integrity are two of the most important things in your professional and personal life. Building trust and being genuine will help you advance quickly.
Never give up. Perseverance and dedication are the keys to a successful future. A person who works hard to follow through on commitments has true grit. When we set goals, we follow through!
In 2024, Sunshine Window Cleaning had the opportunity to purchase Picture Perfect Window Cleaning, a company founded by our longtime friend Tom Lopac. Tom’s connection to Sunshine goes back many years — he actually worked for Sunshine Window Cleaning before starting his own business. Even after starting Picture Perfect, Tom and our founder Greg Reid remained close friends and respected one another as fellow business owners in the window cleaning industry.
Tom was an active member of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and often attended the annual conventions alongside our team, always eager to learn, improve his craft, and grow his business. More importantly, Tom was known for his strong faith, kind heart, and dedication to serving his community.
Over the years, Tom and Greg occasionally partnered on charitable work together, most recently volunteering at the Corpus Christi House in Boise, serving members of the local homeless community.
Tom was a devout Christian who deeply cared about people and lived out his faith through service and generosity. His friendship meant a great deal to our Sunshine family, and he left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
When the opportunity came to carry forward the work Tom had built through Picture Perfect Window Cleaning, we were honored to continue serving his customers and preserving the values he brought to the industry. We remain grateful for Tom’s friendship and the example he set.
In his memory, Janelle created a painting titled “First Day in Heaven,” honoring Tom’s life and faith. He will always be remembered as a friend, a fellow professional, and someone who truly cared about his community.
